After Zombies Mode recently launched alongside the PUBG Mobile 0.11.0 beta, PUBG Corp took to Twitter to tease zombies making their way to the official game. “Only the strong survive,” the tweet said, with an accompanying image showing a playable character standing outside a house with a gun, with zombies about to attack. The collaboration with Capcom’s Resident Evil 2 is evident from the images.
After the zombie mode beta comes out, expect PUBG to bring it into the official game. After yesterday’s tweet, it looks like zombies are coming to the official game soon with a new update.
For those who haven’t played the beta version of Zombies, here’s some of what they’ll find when they play: –
Zombie is a limited-time mode that can only be played in groups of 4. Therefore, it is not yet possible to play duets or solo matches in the beta.
– In this event mode, players land on Erangel in an already smaller circle compared to the first circle in a classic Erangel match in PUBG Mobile.
– Once you land, you’ll find zombies around you within the first few minutes of the game. They will be walking around the countryside, on the streets, and can even be found inside houses. There are several types of them. Some have burning red holes where the eyes are. Some attack you with their bare hands, some crawl on all fours, while others attack from a distance in the form of green sticky acid, a feature reminiscent of the Left For Dead series.
